• Well-developed verbal communication skills, including experience in consulting and negotiating with a variety of internal and external partners
• Passion for social media, including the maintenance of websites, blogging, sharing content and using online networking tools such as Facebook and Twitter to promote events and organizations

• Able to monitor, research, analyze and synthesize a variety of policy issues at various levels of government
• Adept at providing in-depth economic and policy analysis that recognizes existing policies and objectives as well as the operational and fiscal climate
• Firm understanding of the economic, political and social environments of North America and their historical and current interactions

RESEARCH

• Advanced research skills, including experience in primary and secondary data collection, and electronic data mining
• Proven ability to track and update policy and statistical developments pertinent to a variety of files
• Proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, databases and Internet tools, including social media applications
