Last Wednesday’s riot left a black mark on Vancouver’s image. The strength of a city, however, is measured not by the bad things that happen, but how it responds. Here Vancouver shone again. Several thousand residents came out the next morning to help clean up the mess left by a hundred or so idiots the night before.
